Our Client, Ag Growth International, is an industry leader in agricultural manufacturing and represents some of the most recognized brands serving agriculture globally. Currently there is a position available for a results driven customer oriented Agricultural Business Equipment Sales specialist in their Lethbridge location.
This role provides new and challenging opportunities and professional development in a high-growth organization with industry leading expertise in grain storage management. Reporting to the Division Sales Manager, your primary function will involve generating grain bin sales and associated activities.
Specific accountabilities include:
- Generating grain bin sales, quotes and customer feedback on products and services
- Use your knowledge of sales and marketing to coordinate plans, branding activities, and product development based on client/dealer needs
- Liaise with Research and Development and Production on product development and manufacturability
- Manage client/dealer accounts providing consultative support and warranty management
- Forge and maintain long-term business relationships with clients/dealers in support of organizational objectives
- Manage reporting and updates on business development and progress towards goals
Your qualifications:
- A post-secondary Agricultural or Business degree
- 5-7 years of sales and marketing related experience complemented by an understanding of grain storage and the agricultural industry
- Proven communication, negotiation, customer serviceability and analytical skills
- Ability to exercise good judgment, prioritize and organize
- A motivated self-starter with cross-functional team experience
