Biography:

Dan Wright, MA, MBA is Managing Director of MNP’s Advisory Services practice in Ontario. Based in Toronto, Dan is a strategy and management specialist who works with government ministries and
agencies, broader public sector organizations and public sector suppliers to help them achieve their goals.

Dan has more than 20 years of public and private sector executive experience, most recently as Assistant Deputy Minister for Ontario’s Ministry of Finance. His strong analytical, engagement and facilitation skills allow him to help clients assess their situations, develop a plan for action and execute that plan strategically across organizational boundaries.

Dan brings a keen understanding of the rules and pressures that public sector organizations face and delivers strategies that allow them to capitalize on policy and operational opportunities. As a former CEO and CFO of public and privately-held companies, he also understands the challenges facing small- to mid-size enterprises. He is able to help organizations of all sizes transform and remain viable and profitable.

Dan has a Master of Business Administration from York University and a Master of Arts in Economics from the University of Toronto.
