Biography:

Geoff McIntyre, CA is a Partner based in MNP’s Kelowna office. As the Food & Ag Processing Niche Leader for the Okanagan Region, Geoff specializes in serving the British Columbia wine industry; working with several winery and vineyard clients to help them achieve their goals. Geoff is also the Regional Leader for the delivery of MNP’s Farm Income Program services.

With almost 20 years of experience, Geoff works closely with his clients to develop tax-efficient business structures, tax-minimizing strategies and effective tax-compliance services. He also takes great pride in assisting owner-managers with the implementation of systems and strategies to help them regain control of their businesses and reduce the amount of time consumed by day-to-day operational issues.

Geoff is a graduate of MNP’s MPACT Initiative; a two-year program that helps consultants better understand the unique needs of each client and how to assist them through a process of developing and implementing their own solutions.

Before earning his Chartered Accountant (CA) designation in 1995, Geoff received his Bachelor of Recreation Studies from the University of Manitoba in 1991. He is a member of the Canadian Institute of Chartered Accountants (CICA) and the Institute of Chartered Accountants of B.C. (ICABC). An active member of his community, Geoff is the Co-Chair of the Business Administration Team for the First Lutheran Church.
