Biography:

Gregory has extensive experience in financial analysis, research and data analysis and report writing and has acted as Project Consultant on multiple health care projects including feasibility studies, business planning, business case development, operational planning and operational reviews.

Previous to joining MNP, Gregory was employed for over seven years in the public sector in both healthcare and scientific research.  His healthcare experience includes budget forecasting, operational planning and staffing model analysis for the delivery of patient care services, equipment procurement, and patient flow analysis for different hospital programs.  Gregory has co-authored eight scientific journal publications, conducted zero-based budget analysis for health programs and units, and worked with health program directors and team members to provide variance explanations and develop mitigating action plans.  His experience with improving financial performance through improved staff utilization and overtime reduction have provided him with a solid understanding of health human resource staffing challenges.
