Biography:

Janet is a Senior Manager with over 12 years of experience providing project management and business advice in a variety of industries. She has an MBA and is a designated Project Management Professional (PMP).

Janet's area of focus is in public sector accountability and performance management as well as operational performance improvement in both the public and private sectors.

Janet has worked with clients spanning the public sector, from federal entities, provincial ministries, and municipalities, to the energy, finance and not for profit sectors in Canada and internationally. She has led complex projects with diverse stakeholders holding competing interests. She is an experienced presenter and facilitator, having led seminars in project management and public sector performance management.
