Biography:

Juma Wood, B.Ed., is a manager with MNP’s Organization & People consulting group in the Vancouver office. Working closely with businesses in a variety of industries, Juma helps clients identify their organizational and people needs and delivers integrated solutions that are results-oriented and sustainable.

Juma’s core service areas are change management; organizational development, design and governance; leadership and talent development; and employee engagement and organizational culture. He takes particular pride in his ability to uncover underlying performance issues and unlock latent potential to benefit the employee and the organization.

Throughout his career, Juma has designed and supported employee engagement initiatives, supported staff and management through transitions and helped promote transparent and dynamic work processes to enhance company flexibility. Innovative and analytic, he is skilled at assessing organizational structures and suggesting improvements. He also develops performance training solutions that align employees with their company’s governance and vision.

Juma received a Bachelor of Education degree from the University of Victoria in 2001.
