Biography:

Ken Curtis, MA, CHRP, CMC is a Practice Leader with MNP’s Saskatchewan Advisory Services team. Based in Regina, Ken delivers strong advice and practical solutions in the areas of leadership effectiveness, culture alignment and change management, succession planning and management, training and development, as well as operational, program and governance effectiveness.

With more than  20 years of experience, Ken helps public, private, not-for-profit and co-operative organizations in financial services, health care, manufacturing and government with a range of services. He works closely with clients, researching, developing and implementing innovative solutions to enhance individual and organizational effectiveness.

Ken excels at building strong, trusting relationships with senior leaders and managers as well as with grassroots employees. His openness and energy contribute to his ability to motivate teams, ensuring results are achieved.

Designated a Certified Human Resource Professional in 1997 and a Certified Management Consultant in 2009, Ken holds a Master of Arts from the University of Regina. He volunteers with a number of organizations, including the Saskatchewan Roughriders Football Club, the Canadian Red Cross and the Saskatchewan Ministry of Justice and Attorney General.
