Biography:

Nancy is a Senior Manager with MNP Consulting's Performance Improvement service line, based in the Vancouver office. Nancy has 10 years of experience transforming the operations and supply chains of organisations in sectors such as utilities, manufacturing, distribution, and service industries.

Nancy specialises in assisting companies to define their goals and works with management and employees to improve operations, achieve better efficiencies and develop stronger management teams to reach those goals. From improving processes to getting the most out of each team member through performance management, Nancy draws from her background of finding efficiencies and engaging staff to achieve results for clients.

As part of MNP's Supply Chain Consulting practice, Nancy is involved in the BC Supply Chain Council. Since its inception in 2001, the BCSCC has become a regular peer forum where leading private and public sector organisations share knowledge about supply chain issues and opportunities in areas such as distribution network management, e-Procurement, lean manufacturing, negotiation techniques, performance measurement, strategic sourcing, supply chain integration, supply chain outsourcing and sustainable procurement.
