Biography:
Nicole is a Senior Consultant in the Edmonton office of MNP’s Alberta Consulting practice. Nicole has worked on various engagements in leadership roles and has managed teams of up to 25 members in facilitation projects. Nicole possesses a variety of consulting skills, in addition to project planning and management, such as client relations, strategic planning, change management, facilitation, evaluations, research and analysis, and team management.
